Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Legal Operations Professional to support the Legal Organization across vendor invoicing, matter management, training resources, communications, knowledge management and archives. Location options include Raynham, MA, North Brunswick, NJ, or Raritan, NJ.

You will work with attorneys, paralegals, IT and finance to improve service delivery and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, legal studies, finance, operations, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in legal operations or related function.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day legal operations activities, including matter intake, tracking, and reporting.
• Assist with legal vendor and outside counsel coordination, onboarding, documentation, and performance tracking.
• Maintain and support legal systems, databases, and tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses to support legal leadership decision-making.
• Assist in the development and documentation of legal processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Support budgeting, invoice review, and financial tracking activities for the Legal function.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on legal operations initiatives.
• Uphold Johnson & Johnson's Credo and apply ethical business practices in all interactions.
