Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Hybrid Legal Operations Specialist in Plano, TX to independently manage and improve legal department operations, including intake, matter and contract lifecycle management, and cross‑functional initiatives.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, with a three‑day onsite hybrid schedule (Tue–Thu) and $30–$33/hour on W‑2. Experience with AI tools and stakeholder coordination is a plus.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

Pay Rate: $30 - $33 hourly on W2

The Legal Operations Specialist independently manages, evaluates, and improves key Legal Department operations, including legal intake and matter management, contract lifecycle management, marketing legal and trademark operations, and cross-functional legal initiatives.
