The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Legal Division and independently manage division operations. The role emphasizes project management, coordination with attorneys, and strong judgment in a collaborative environment.

The position requires on-site presence and offers a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and progressive experience in complex project management within a corporate or financial setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of direct work experience for Analyst II or 5+ years for Analyst III.
• Experience managing complex projects independently.
• Exceptional judgement, decision-making, problem-solving, and communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; AI tools a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support for key functions of the Legal Division: contracts management, ethics program oversight, policy review processes, and legal holds.
• Manage core operations of the Division: project and process management, records program, attorney workload tracking, and strategic objectives program.
• Serve as division office manager: calendar, invoices, supplies, meeting notes, events and visitors.
