Fredrikson & Byron seeks an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join its PMO within Legal Operations. The role partners with firm-wide teams to analyze processes, define requirements, and deliver practical technology and operational solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis or related field.
• Experience defining complex requirements and mapping data/integrations.
• Knowledge of application architecture, APIs, data flows, and security.
• Experience supporting technology implementations from discovery to post-launch review.
• Familiarity with project intake, governance, and change control.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments and leadership to understand needs and outcomes.
• Lead discovery through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Document current and future-state processes and data flows.
• Define requirements and translate into user stories and specs.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Ensure operational readiness including security, training, and support.
