Responsibilities

• Oversees contract management administrative processes, templates, playbooks, routing, and workflows.
• Administers Law Department contract management, SharePoint, and network platforms.
• Manages legal intake workflows, inbox, routing, status tracking, and follow-up.
• Develops Law Department procedures, training materials, and job aids.
• Reviews and manages nondisclosure agreements.
• Manages Law Department vendor invoices.
• Prepares dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Provides administrative support to Law Department personnel and coordination of schedules, travel, and expenses.
• Supports strategic legal and corporate initiatives including due diligence and governance.
• Administers business license and registration programs and coordinates with vendors.
• Coordinates across functions to support Law Department programs and projects.
• Assists with training and communication of Law Department policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Senior Corporate Counsel.
