Overview:
As our practices continue to expand, we are seeking a new full-time Legal Support Manager to join our collaborative and growing group. This role will manage the Legal Administrative Assistants, Executive Legal Administrative Assistants, Case Assistants, Paralegals, Practice Assistants and Office Assistants (“Legal Support Staff”) for a number of practice groups.
Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years experience as an LAA, Paralegal or equivalent in a law firm. Expertise in standard business software applications such as Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with project management tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams) a plus. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, skilled multi-tasker, and able to maintain a strong service orientation in a fast-paced environment. Requires ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical, project management, prioritization and organization skills is expected.

The salary range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $80,000 - $95,000/year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
