Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Legal Operations to serve as a central operational partner to the Chief Legal Officer.

You will oversee department operations, financial management, outside counsel and vendor relationships, legal technology, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate translates priorities into practical operating plans, manages cross-functional workstreams, and uses data and AI to drive smarter decisions.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of large law firm and/or in-house experience with legal operations, corporate/legal department management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet applications.
• Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI and emerging technologies in legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and drive execution of the Legal Department’s roadmap and governance.
• Oversee adoption of legal technology, e-billing, contract resources, reporting tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Coordinate annual budget development, forecasting, and legal spend reporting with finance.
• Support outside counsel and vendor management, including alternative fee arrangements and SLAs.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate legal work and create playbooks and templates.
• Implement and manage contract approval, execution, and management procedures.
• Analyze matter, spend, vendor, staffing, technology, and operational data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate Board/committee meeting logistics and on-site support.
