Insight Global is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives within the Legal department. This role drives improvements to workflows, optimizes technology, and partners across the business to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

A portion of the role involves logistics for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in legal operations and strong data-driven decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 5+ years in legal operations, business operations, or related corporate function.
• Ability to independently lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, outside counsel management, vendor management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance, and continuous improvement of legal processes, systems, and tools.
• Own budgeting, accrual tracking, forecasting, and spend management for outside counsel and vendors.
• Oversee legal knowledge management, templates, policies, and SOPs.
• Manage legal technology platforms (e-billing, CoCounsel, Practical Law, document management, e-discovery).
• Maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics on legal performance and risk.
• Act as strategic liaison between Legal and Finance, IT, and other stakeholders.
• Set priorities and provide guidance to paralegals and attorneys as needed.
