Adobe's Legal & Government Relations (LGR) seeks a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to lead outside counsel, vendor and financial management, and operational intelligence. This role partners with Finance and Procurement to drive cost efficiency, budgeting, and data-driven decision making.

You will build dashboards, provide actionable insights for leadership, and guide a high-performing team to modernize the legal function with an AI-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Legal Operations, Business Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep expertise managing outside counsel, spend, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead outside counsel and vendor programs, including governance, billing, and cost efficiency.
• Own LGR financial operations: budgeting, accruals, spend reporting, and controls.
• Build operational dashboards and provide executive insights for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Finance and Procurement to improve cost efficiency and strategic planning.
• Guide and grow a high-performing team with clear priorities and operating rhythms.
