Eve is seeking a highly strategic Manager of Legal Operations to scale our operational backbone as we grow. You will own Legal processes and partner across Finance, GTM, Product, Security, and other teams to drive efficiency and visibility.

The role blends Legal Operations, Business Operations, and Systems, with a strong emphasis on building scalable tools, workflows, and governance to support rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business/Legal Operations or similar, ideally in early-stage SaaS.
• Ability to operate in fast-growing, high-ambiguity environments.
• AI-native skillset with experience building agents/workflows.
• Experience with contract management and operations infrastructures from scratch.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional execution capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable operational processes for the Legal and Business Operations organizations.
• Own cross-functional projects spanning multiple departments and geographies.
• Improve visibility into operations, workflows, and tooling across the company.
• Lead procurement, vendor management, and tool governance with Finance and Legal.
• Translate complex needs into clear processes, ownership, and execution plans.
