Job summary

Eve Legal is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to build scalable processes and drive cross-functional execution across Legal, Finance, GTM, Product and Security. This role focuses on creating visibility, reducing friction, and enabling the company to scale with structured workflows and tooling.

You will own Legal operations, business operations, and tooling, partnering with leaders to implement scalable systems and informational governance while guiding strategic initiatives across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Business or Legal Operations or similar role.
• Experience in fast-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
• Experience building AI-native agents/workflows.
• Experience with contract management systems and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable operational processes for the Legal organization.
• Manage Legal workflows, intake processes, documentation, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability.
• Support contract, matter, vendor operations and reporting.
• Develop systems that improve visibility into Legal activity and workload.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Finance, GTM, Product, Security.
• Own cross-functional processes across departments and geographies.
• Lead special projects and strategic operational initiatives.
• Serve as operational partner during organizational changes.
• Establish scalable processes for tool requests, approvals, governance.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows.
