Saundra M. Davis, P.C., a personal injury law firm in Snellville, GA, seeks a Legal Operations Manager to oversee the firm’s operational infrastructure across people, processes, systems, training, and office administration.

The role partners with the owner to ensure workflows support speed, accuracy, strong client service, and minimal day-to-day attorney intervention, owning SOPs, onboarding, KPIs, file organization, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, legal studies, or related field is required.
• 4+ years of operations leadership experience in a law firm environment required.
• Personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building workflows, SOPs, training programs, and accountability systems.

Responsibilities

• Own master operational task list, calendar, project tracker, and weekly cadence.
• Translate decisions into documented processes, checklists, and ownership rules.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement approved operational changes.
• Set expectations, address attendance, performance, and deadlines.
• Maintain SOPs, playbooks, templates, and version control.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, quizzes, and certifications; track completion.
• Establish meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and issue tracking.
• Manage HR, payroll/benefits info, and employment milestones.
• Oversee office administration, vendors, and IT troubleshooting.
• Monitor case-support operations and improve records routing.
