Responsabilidades

• Oversee non-legal day-to-day operations and reduce admin burden.
• Audit workflows, KPIs, and processes; propose improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across teams.
• Develop, update, and implement SOPs with buy-in.
• Manage KPIs; refine dashboards and reporting.
• Own vendor relationships and ensure contract compliance.
• Enhance onboarding and training programs for hires.
• Provide operational oversight for non-attorney teams and run weekly huddles.
• Coordinate payroll information with firm accountants.
