Re:Build Manufacturing seeks a proactive Legal Operations Director to lead the legal function’s efficiency initiatives in Ashburn, VA. You will streamline contract workflows, support litigation and IP protection, and manage key legal tech platforms to drive cost savings and better KPI reporting.

The role partners with the General Counsel to execute operational plans and optimize outside counsel spend, leveraging Ironclad, Brightflag, and ClickUp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–7 years in an in-house legal operations role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Ironclad, Brightflag, and ClickUp.
• Experience with AI-powered tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Streamline workflows for contract management, litigation support, and IP protection.
• Own administration of legal technology platforms.
• Partner with the General Counsel to execute operational plans.
• Develop cost-saving strategies for outside counsel.
• Analyze departmental KPIs.
