Replit is seeking a Legal Operations Manager to be the central contact for legal requests and manage contract lifecycle. You will improve legal systems and ensure smooth operations, acting as the air traffic controller of legal matters.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of legal administrative experience and strong attention to detail. You will oversee operational strategies and manage relationships with outside counsel while handling contract templates and compliance tracking.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven legal administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading ability.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Legal team's operational strategy and improve systems.
• Manage outside counsel relationships, including billing and invoicing.
• Serve as the primary intake point for legal requests.
