Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Legal Department Coordinator to be the operational heart of our growing legal team. You will triage incoming matters, manage the Legal Front Door intake, and handle mail and parcel logistics with strict confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

You will also coordinate the CLO's calendar, plan department meetings and events, assist with invoice reconciliation, and support document preparation.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to confidentiality.
• Ability to triage and route routine inquiries with professional judgment.
• Comfort learning new systems and software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and respond to routine inquiries in the Legal Department inbox.
• Serve as primary administrator for intake, contracts, and the Legal Front Door.
• Manage the CLO's calendar, coordinate meetings, and capture action items.
• Receive, sort, and route physical mail and shipments; track deliveries.
• Support legal spend management and invoice reconciliation with internal partners.
