Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a proactive Legal Operations Lead to own and optimize core legal processes across the US and Canada. You will automate routine tasks with AI and low-code tools, drive compliance initiatives, and manage filings, audits, and brand protection.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced startup environment. You will report to the Legal Counsel, partner with Engineering and product teams, and shape scalable systems to support growth and regulatory compliance across multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an academically rigorous program.
Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems independently.
Demonstrated interest in using AI/technology to improve how work gets done, such as a tool, automation, or process you built yourself.

Responsibilities

Own projects from start to finish and drive them to completion.
Automate manual legal tasks using AI and low-code tools.
Lead entity compliance and regulatory projects across US/Canada.
Monitor brand protection and IP infringements and initiate workflows.
Investigate consumer escalations and translate into compliance training.
Perform product compliance reviews with Engineering and Product teams to reduce risk.
Lead audits across operations and ensure high-risk areas remain compliant.
