Jerry.ai is seeking a Legal Operations role to own core processes and drive AI-powered efficiency across filings, audits, and regulatory tasks. The role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product, with a chance to build scalable systems in a fast-paced startup.

You will work directly with the Legal Counsel, own projects from start to finish, and shape how legal processes run across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish.
• Demonstrated interest in using AI and automation to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Automation: Use AI and low-code tools to replace manual legal tasks with workflows.
• Legal and regulatory projects: assist with research, contract reviews, and substantive tasks.
• Entity compliance: maintain corporate entities' good standing across US/Canada.
• Brand protection: monitor IP, detect infringements, initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
• Consumer escalations: investigate escalations and convert into compliance training.
• Product compliance reviews: assess risk and work with Engineering/Product to fix issues.
• Compliance audits: lead audits across operations and identify high-risk areas.
