Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Legal Operations professional to own and optimize core legal workflows. You will drive automation using AI and low-code tools, oversee filings, audits, and regulatory reviews, and partner with the Legal Counsel to ensure compliance across the US and Canada.

This role demands initiative and comfort with a fast-paced startup environment. You will build scalable processes, monitor brand protection, manage consumer escalations, and contribute to product compliance initiatives,

Responsibilities

• Automation: Use AI and low-code tools to replace manual legal tasks with automated workflows.
• Legal and regulatory projects: assist with legal research, contract reviews, and other substantive projects.
• Entity compliance: maintain Jerry’s corporate entities across the US and Canada.
• Brand protection: monitor IP and initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
• Consumer escalations: investigate escalations and train teams on fixes.
• Product compliance reviews: assess products/processes for compliance risk and address underlying issues with Eng/PM.
• Compliance audits: lead audits across operations and monitor high-risk areas.
