Jerry.ai is seeking a proactive Legal Operations lead to run core operations and rebuild them with AI-driven efficiency. You’ll own projects from start to finish, automate routine tasks, and ensure entity compliance across the US and Canada while handling brand protections and regulatory audits.

You’ll thrive in a startup, solving complex problems without manuals, and balancing legal rigor with rapid execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a rigorous program with strong performance.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems independently.
• Interest in using AI and technology to improve how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Automation: use AI and low-code tools to automate legal tasks with self-running workflows.
• Legal and regulatory projects: assist on research, contract reviews, and new questions.
• Entity compliance: manage US/Canada entities and annual reports end to end.
• Brand protection: monitor IP, identify infringements, and initiate workflows.
• Consumer escalations: investigate root causes and convert into training for teams.
• Product compliance reviews: assess risk and collaborate with Engineering/Product to fix issues.
• Compliance audits: lead audits across operations and monitor high-risk areas.
