Job summary

US DEFAULT GROUP, INC. in Plantation, FL seeks a Legal Assistant - Operations to collaborate with Production Specialists and Operations Analysts. This role focuses on cases that fall out of the production pipeline and requires strong attention to detail and clear communication with managers and clients.

Responsibilities include examining such cases, diagnosing exceptions, and implementing solutions to maintain workflow efficiency. Onsite position in Plantation with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in a legal office may compensate for education.
• Industry experience in collections and/or personal injury law is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Examine cases that have fallen out of the production pipeline.
• Diagnose exceptions and report back to managers and clients.
• Formulate and execute solutions to return cases to the production pipeline.
• Inventory management and reviewing inventory status.
• Identify systemic improvements to keep accounts moving through the pipeline.
