Deploy is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support the legal team in regulatory research, contract processes, and education initiatives. You will monitor US and international developments impacting operations and customers, and help optimize tools and workflows across departments.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you’ll work closely with in-house lawyers and cross-functional teams to proliferate guidance and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent reading comprehension, analytical, problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong desire to understand laws and regulations.
• Proven success in a competitive environment.
• Strong team player but able to work independently.
• Driven and proactive; eager to contribute.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Track and forecast changes in the law in applicable jurisdictions.
• Report on regulations and their effects on the business and customers.
• Assist in contracting processes with in-house counsel.
• Research and schedule legal education for in-house counsel.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering teams.
• Identify and adopt new tools and processes to improve legal operations efficiency.
• Adhere to information security policies and report breaches as needed.
