Job summary

Westfield is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support the General Counsel and Enterprise Legal team across corporate matters. You will assist with legal research, governance, matter management, and the department's tech and document systems.

In this role, you will prepare legal documents, maintain corporate records, coordinate projects, ensure compliance, and help optimize workflows with automation tools while collaborating with internal teams and outside counsel.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and perform legal research for the General Counsel and Enterprise Legal team.
• Support corporate governance, board resolutions, and subsidiary documentation; assist with entity formation/dissolution and compliance filings.
• Coordinate legal projects with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Support the legal intake process and matter management in the legal systems.
• Assist with legal operations and technology, including automation of support processes.
• Manage documents and records for casework using document management systems.
• Compile data for clients, managers, and reporting; handle confidential information.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel and vendors.
