Jerry.ai is seeking a hands-on Legal Operations lead to own core operations end-to-end, building AI-assisted processes and scaling with a small team. You will manage compliance, filings, IP protection, and regulatory reviews across the US and Canada.

This role rewards ownership, autonomy, and proactive communication; you’ll partner with Legal Counsel and Engineering to reduce manual work and improve efficiency in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required from an academically rigorous program.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems without being told how.
• Demonstrated interest in using AI and technology to improve how work gets done.

Aufgaben

• Automation: Use AI and low-code tools to automate manual legal tasks.
• Legal and regulatory projects: support research, reviews, and other substantive tasks.
• Entity compliance: manage corporate entities across US and Canada.
• Brand protection: monitor IP and initiate cease-and-desist workflows.
• Consumer escalations: investigate root causes and drive compliance training.
• Product compliance reviews: assess risk and work with Engineering and Product to fix issues.
• Compliance audits: lead audits across operations.
