Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a driven Legal Operations lead to own core processes, from contract reviews to compliance audits, across the US and Canada. You will shape workflows with AI and low-code tools so a small team can scale the work without sacrificing quality.

In this role you’ll manage filings, regulatory reviews, and brand protection while partnering with our Legal Counsel and Engineering teams. A Bachelor's degree and a track record of end-to-end project delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree with a record of high performance.
• Track record of owning projects start to finish and solving problems independently.
• Demonstrated interest in using AI and technology to improve work processes, via tools or automation.

Responsibilities

• Automate manual legal tasks with AI and low-code workflows.
• Lead legal and regulatory projects including research and contract reviews.
• Maintain entity compliance across US and Canada.
• Protect brand and monitor IP, initiating appropriate workflows.
• Handle complex consumer escalations and derive fixes for training.
• Perform product compliance reviews with Engineering and Product teams.
• Lead compliance audits across operations and monitor high-risk areas.
