Job summary

Ricoh Americas Holdings seeks a Legal On-Site Services Specialist to provide operations support in a law office environment. You will operate high-volume copy, scanning, and mail-processing equipment, manage shipments, and ensure quality and confidentiality of documents.

Required is a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in the legal industry; Ricoh Legal training is provided within 90 days of hire. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Legal Industry is strongly desired.
• Must be able to provide an excellent customer experience with strong communication skills.
• May require a valid driver's license and auto insurance per Ricoh policy.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
• Handle highly sensitive and confidential documents that may be time sensitive.
• Operate high volume scanners and image handling software.
• Operate MS Office and Email systems.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies.
• Respond to and coordinate service calls required by customers.
• May travel between customer buildings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
