Responsibilities

  • Maintain and distribute office supplies.
  • Answer telephone and process duplication requests.
  • Receive incoming correspondence, stamp, file, and distribute.
  • Deliver and retrieve information to/from courts, agencies, vendors, and outside contacts.
  • Maintain historical information by transferring data to docketing system.
  • Prepare folders and labels for new files and determine space for files.
  • Dispose of information per disposition schedules and legal requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
