Job description

Pay rate: $23.00/hr
Hours: 8:30am- 5:30pm
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 4 month contract to permanent

Summary:
  1. The end client for this role is Nelson Mullins. This role takes place in a law firm environment.
  2. The manager is looking for a candidate with a strong background in high volume printing and finishing/binding.
  3. Candidates should know how to organize documents, use separator tabs, etc.
  4. Candidates should also be comfortable with computers and e-documents.
  5. This role requires customer service skills, good communication skills, and being able to be on your feet for extended periods.
  6. Daily duties will include office supply management and backup reception.
  7. Dress Code: Business casual, no blue jeans, no tennis shoes
  8. Driving: No
  9. COVID Vaccine Requirements: None
  10. The worksite location is 330 Madison Ave, 27th floor, New York, NY 10017.
Requirements:
  1. Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Complete Ricoh Legal training within 90 days of hire and maintain any new training requirements.
  3. Some related copy job experience is preferred.
  4. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Legal Industry is strongly desired.
  5. Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal, and communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  7. Technical aptitude with printers, copy, postage machines, and other office equipment. Good customer service skills.
  8. Good organization skills.
  9. Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management, and advanced workflow.
  10. Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
  11. Basic electronics knowledge is preferred.
  12. Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
  13. Ability to determine correct packing methods and materials, and check packing slips for incoming materials.
  14. Ability to understand instructions regarding mail delivery.
  15. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  16. Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, parts books, and related publications.
  17. Excellent customer relations and verbal communication skills.
