Summary:
- The end client for this role is Nelson Mullins. This role takes place in a law firm environment.
- The manager is looking for a candidate with a strong background in high volume printing and finishing/binding.
- Candidates should know how to organize documents, use separator tabs, etc.
- Candidates should also be comfortable with computers and e-documents.
- This role requires customer service skills, good communication skills, and being able to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Daily duties will include office supply management and backup reception.

Requirements:
- Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Complete Ricoh Legal training within 90 days of hire and maintain any new training requirements.
- Some related copy job experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Legal Industry is strongly desired.
- Ability to provide an excellent customer experience, utilizing strong customer service, personal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Technical aptitude with printers, copy, postage machines, and other office equipment. Good customer service skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to utilize a mixture of hardware and software to support functions such as cost recovery, document management, and advanced workflow.
- Requires knowledge and understanding of shipping/receiving procedures.
- Basic electronics knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects.
- Ability to determine correct packing methods and materials, and check packing slips for incoming materials.
- Ability to understand instructions regarding mail delivery.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals, parts books, and related publications.
- Excellent customer relations and verbal communication skills.
