Who we are looking for:

Our Intake Specialist is a superstar supporting our business by developing rapport with potential clients through initial contact.

This role involves triaging client needs, offering tools to help move the process forward, including opportunities to speak with our Client Engagement Specialist. Inputting lead information into our CRM and preparing data for the Sales Team are also key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

The Intake Specialist will:

• Use scripts to learn about potential clients, ask questions, confirm their needs, and identify goals.
• Schedule clients with our Client Engagement Specialist.
• Organize leads and follow-up activities.
• Provide feedback on services, marketing, and messaging.
• Report monthly on actions, feedback, and improvement suggestions.
• Provide weekly verbal and monthly written reports on target audience insights and recommendations.
• Identify new creative deliverables.
• Assist with policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Backup Receptionist as needed.
