Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Compensation: $9 - $10 hourly USD + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)

Responsibilities

1. Handle incoming calls and online inquiries from potential clients
2. Conduct initial legal intake interviews in English and Spanish
3. Gather essential personal and case details with professionalism and care
4. Pre-screen leads for case eligibility using firm guidelines
5. Input accurate and detailed information into our CRM and legal case management software
6. Provide clear guidance on the legal intake process and next steps
7. Follow up with potential clients who have not yet retained our services
8. Coordinate with attorneys and legal assistants for timely case handling
9. Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate compassion in every interaction
