About the role

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Legal Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team.
  • This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English and has a strong interest in our areas of practice.
  • Working hours for this role are between 09:00 and 17:00 according to the Pacific Time Zone where our office is open, which corresponds to 19:00 in the evening and 03:00 in the morning TR time.

What you'll do

  • Intake Process : Gather essential information from potential clients to assess the nature of their legal needs, conducting initial interviews and assessing eligibility for our legal services in both English and Turkish.
  • Client Communication: Be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing them with a warm and professional introduction to our firm in both languages. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and courteously.
  • Message Management: Take detailed messages when necessary, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and passed on to the appropriate team members.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and consultations for clients with our legal team, managing appointment calendars efficiently.
  • General Office Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with attorneys and staff regarding client inquiries, messages, and scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law or similar fields.
  • Fluency in both English and Turkish is a must, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proficiency with office software and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively in a remote work environment.
