Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct initial client intake calls and gather relevant case details.
  2. Screen potential clients to determine case eligibility.
  3. Accurately document and organize client information in our CRM system.
  4. Provide clear instructions on the intake process and next steps.
  5. Communicate professionally with clients, making them feel supported and informed.
  6. Follow up with potential clients who have inquired about legal services but have not yet retained the firm.
  7. Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure timely follow-up on cases.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
  1. Fluency in English (C1 or C2); Spanish preferred.
  2. Previous experience in client intake, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
Compensation:

$7 - $8 hourly
