Job description

Our fast-growing estate planning practice is looking for a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll talk to prospective clients (no cold calling!) and empathize with them based on their story. You will match their needs to our legal services and get them started on the path to solving their problem by scheduling them for an individual consultation or group workshop.

We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!

This is an in-office position in Sandusky, Ohio. This position is NOT remote or hybrid.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Talking with leads, identifying their needs, and matching them with the appropriate services we offer.
• Scheduling qualified leads for an individual consultation or a group sales presentation.
• Ensuring everyone who contacts the Firm for help is better off, whether by scheduling a consultation, making a referral, sharing free resources, or other assistance.
• Following up with leads who do not move forward with our process.
• Assisting with workshop events and following up with attendees after the workshop.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• You have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• You know how to build trust fast and don’t flinch at emotional conversations.
• You write great emails— not “template great”—actual human great.
• You have emotional intelligence, not just hustle.
• You manage yourself, hit your numbers, and are always hungry for more.

Compensation

$20 - $22 hourly
