Job description

Our law office is growing fast, and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening and surveying for potential cases, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities: • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency Qualifications: • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • Previous legal experience a plus Compensation: $35,000



Compensation:
$35,000 per year
