Trustpoint.one has partnered with a well-respected law firm, with high-profile clients and a convenient Newark, NJ location, in their search for a team of Intake Specialists to join their onsite team on a long-term contract-to-possible hire basis. The Intake Specialist will provide vital support to clients and attorneys in a fast-paced litigation environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for new clients—welcome them, guide them, and keep them informed throughout the litigation process.
• Conduct intake calls, gather case details, and enter data into Salesforce.
• Assist with pre-litigation investigations, draft correspondence, and review medical/legal documents.
• Manage scheduling, calendars, and ensure case files are accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain a responsive and professional rapport with clients.

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in a legal, or other professional services, environment, preferably in a client-facing.
• Experience working with medical records is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar case management tools.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• All qualified Intake Specialists must successfully pass a background check.

Intake Specialist Position Details:

• Contract role: 8–12 months with potential to convert to direct hire.
• Location: On-site 5 days per week in Newark, NJ – steps from Newark Penn Station.
