Job summary

Vargas Gonzalez Delombard LLP in Coral Gables, FL seeks a motivated Intake Specialist to be the first contact for prospective clients and connect them with legal support. You will conduct initial interviews, screen leads, and coordinate with attorneys to schedule consultations.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with CRM systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred; a high school diploma is required with higher degrees encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal intake, customer service, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred in South Florida market.
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client intake interviews, gathering and documenting case information accurately.
• Evaluate and screen potential new clients to determine case eligibility and fit.
• Manage and track incoming leads through the firm's case management system (CRM).
• Communicate clearly with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
• Follow up with prospective clients to guide them through the onboarding process.
