Job summary

Ascendo-Resources in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative (Legal Client Intake) for a 100% onsite contract role. You will turn leads into signed clients for a law firm, making high-volume calls, qualifying prospects, and presenting services.

Requirements include fluent English/Spanish, sales or high-volume phone experience, strong objection handling and closing, and CRM use (Salesforce a plus). Evenings and some Saturdays are required; training provided.

Bilingual Sales Representative (Legal Client Intake) — Coral Gables, FL

Pay: $24/hour to start, $26.44/hour after 3-month trial

Bonuses: Monthly, based on sales performance ($85K–$120K+ potential per year)

Type: Contract

Schedule: Two-week rotation

Week 1: Mon–Wed 9 AM–6 PM, Thu 1 PM–10 PM, Sat 9 AM–6 PM

Week 2: Mon–Wed 9 AM–6 PM, Thu–Fri 1 PM–10 PM

100% onsite

Requirements:

• Fluent English/Spanish, MUST HAVE
• Previous sales or high-volume phone experience
• Proven ability to handle objections and close sales
• Persistent and comfortable with lead follow-up
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and comfortable using CRM software; Salesforce is a plus
• Available for evenings and some Saturdays
• Legal experience NOT required, training provided

Main focus: Turning company-provided leads into signed clients for a law firm. That means making a high volume of calls, qualifying potential clients, explaining the firm's services, handling objections, sending agreements, closing new clients, and tracking all activity in Salesforce to meet sales KPIs.
