You will gather case information, screen leads for eligibility, and coordinate consultations with attorneys, while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent client service.

Ideal candidates have legal intake experience, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills to serve the South Florida community.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal intake or client-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organization with multitasking ability.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake interviews and document case information.
• Screen potential clients for eligibility and fit.
• Manage leads through the CRM and coordinate with attorneys.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Schedule consultations and follow-ups and protect confidential data.
• Support onboarding of new clients.
