Vargas Gonzalez Delombard LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our dynamic legal team in Coral Gables, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a vital role in connecting people with the legal support they need. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client intake interviews, gathering and documenting case information accurately
• Evaluate and screen potential new clients to determine case eligibility and fit
• Manage and track incoming leads through the firm's case management system (CRM)
• Communicate clearly with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism
• Follow up with prospective clients to guide them through the onboarding process

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a legal intake, customer service, or client-facing role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
• Proficiency with legal CRM software or case management systems is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred given the South Florida market
• Empathetic, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
