Qualifications

• Prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or client-facing role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple leads.
• Proficiency with legal CRM software or case management systems is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred in the South Florida market.
• Empathetic, professional demeanor with a client-first mindset.
• High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client intake interviews and document case information accurately.

• Manage and track incoming leads through the firm's CRM.
• Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Coordinate with attorneys and staff to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with professionalism.
• Follow up with prospective clients to guide them through the onboarding process.
