Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative resource for legal and finance processes.
• Manage legal billing, vendor management, and documentation requirements.
• Administer Navan corporate credit card program and expense audits.
• Coordinate audit requests and liaison with Tax, FP&A, Billing, AR, and AP.
• Support litigation files, information requests, and dispute management.
• Develop procedures and maintain accurate, confidential records.
