Job summary

Premier Trailer Leasing is seeking an Insurance Compliance Coordinator to ensure COIs meet company standards and contractual requirements. The role serves as a liaison between branch operations, Credit, and Legal, guiding branch personnel and maintaining documentation to support audits and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating across multiple departments while balancing customer service with compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; experience in insurance administration or compliance is a plus.
• Experience reviewing commercial certificates of insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review COIs for accuracy, completeness and compliance with insurance requirements.
• Identify deficiencies and communicate corrections to branch personnel.
• Monitor outstanding issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records and support audits of insurance compliance.
• Develop and deliver guidance and training on insurance compliance processes.
• Prepare reports on metrics, exceptions, and process performance.
