Job summary

You will generate rental agreements, manage inventory, and support accounts receivable while handling daily admin tasks and communications with customers. Willingness to travel to other branches nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training required or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivation are essential
• Willingness to relocate within 12-18 months; company-paid relocation provided

Responsibilities

• Spend most of each workday outdoors managing yard activity and coordinating with customers and vendors
• Conduct trailer inspections and identify equipment needing repair or maintenance to ensure compliance
• Generate customer rental agreements and coordinate work with vendors
• Manage and reconcile equipment inventory and gate activity daily
• Assist in transporting equipment between branches and to customers/vendors
• Ensure customers have proper insurance prior to renting a trailer
• Handle daily administrative tasks and respond to phones/emails
