Harvey is seeking a Legal Engineering Manager, Product Specialist to lead a high‑performing team and drive customer adoption across Harvey’s global customer base. You will guide post‑sales engagements and coach lawyers turned specialists to deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to scale the post‑sales function, improve workflows, and expand client usage.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent legal qualification.
• 5+ years practicing law at a top-tier law firm or in-house with significant client-facing experience.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Strong executive presence and experience with senior stakeholders such as law firm partners and general counsel.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by modern legal teams.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles (e.g., client advisory, legal tech).
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive both strategy and execution.
• Strong interest in AI and its potential to transform the legal industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Legal Engineer – Product Specialists, setting a high bar for customer engagement, legal credibility, and product expertise.
• Own the team’s impact on adoption, retention, and expansion; partner with CS and Account Execs to deepen engagement.
• Oversee customer engagement strategy across implementation, onboarding and enablement; deliver workshops and hands-on sessions.
• Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts; unblock adoption challenges and reinforce Harvey’s value.
• Own team operations and performance management; set metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Build scalable processes and enablement; design playbooks, onboarding and training programs.
• Partner cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering and Applied Legal Research to align on needs.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap by aggregating feedback from team and customers.
• Shape Harvey’s customer-facing narrative with Marketing and Enablement.
