• 5+ years practicing law at a top-tier firm (Vault 50) or in-house at a F500/tech company.
• 4+ years of direct people-management experience, including hiring, performance management and career development.
• Strong executive presence with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows and client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated interest in AI transforming the legal industry.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting a high bar for engagement, legal credibility, and product expertise.
• Drive adoption, retention, and expansion; coordinate with Success and Sales to deepen engagement.
• Oversee customer engagement strategy across implementation, onboarding, and enablement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for key accounts and unblock adoption challenges.
• Own team operations, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making.
• Build scalable processes, playbooks, and enablement materials with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on customer needs and product improvements.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap with insights from customers and team.
• Shape Harvey’s customer-facing narrative with Marketing and Enablement.
