• Knowledge of judiciary process and legal terminology.
• Ability to review and classify daily incoming legal documents.
• Regular communication with legal staff, court clerks, and opposing counsel.

• Direct and independently refer documents to the assigned deputy for action.
• Code and enter data in ProLaw with an understanding of processing requirements.
• Communicate with legal staff and others to obtain docketing information.
• Lift boxes up to 25 lbs when required.
