Job summary

Rimkus is a global engineering and technical consulting firm serving corporations, insurers, law firms, and government agencies. The Support Specialist, Human Factors provides skilled support to our operations group in client services, managing materials and summarizing depositions and discovery documents for law firms and manufacturers.

Responsibilities include professional written and verbal communications, maintaining deadlines, and assisting with subpoenas and case management for over 100

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent coursework preferred.
• Minimum five years of paralegal, legal secretary, or legal assistant experience.
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters preferred.
• Proficiency with PACER and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Document & Materials Management: receive, organize, log, and maintain client-supplied legal materials.
• Deposition & Discovery Review: read, analyze, and summarize depositions and discovery materials.
• Client & Professional Communications: draft professional correspondence and maintain professional image.
• General Legal Support: coordinate scheduling, calendar tracking, and respond to subpoenas.
