Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. seeks a Support Specialist, Human Factors to provide skilled client-services support to our operations group. You will manage client-supplied materials and review and summarize depositions and discovery documents, primarily for law firms and manufacturers.

You will represent the company professionally in written and verbal communications. The role includes handling document and materials management, deposition review, and coordinating with attorneys and project

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent coursework; preferred legal support experience.
• Minimum five years as paralegal/legal secretary/legal assistant in a law firm or legal department.
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters strongly preferred.
• Experience working with manufacturers or product liability matters a plus.
• Proficiency with PACER and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat).
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Document & Materials Management: organize, log, and maintain client-supplied legal materials and deadlines.
• Deposition & Discovery Review: summarize depositions and discovery materials accurately.
• Client & Professional Communications: maintain professional communications with law firms and manufacturers, track case status.
• General Legal Support: coordinate scheduling of meetings, depositions, and deadlines; assist with subpoenas.
