• Monitor unbilled time, generate proformas and draft bills, and confirm compliance with billing arrangements.
• Prepare write-up/write-down forms and obtain necessary approvals; generate bill reports and fee/disbursement summaries.
• Prepare final bill and communicate with clients to resolve billing/collection issues; maintain client billing folders.
