Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Billing Supervisor maintains expertise in the Firm’s billing systems and tools and provides monthly billing support to assigned billing lawyers. The Supervisor oversees and monitors billing assignments of Billing Specialists and Assistants as well as the day-to-day billing operations to ensure compliance with billing and collection policies. Additional responsibilities include: participates in the hiring, coaching, performance evaluation and staff discipline processes; assists with new Billing Specialists and Assistant orientation, on-boarding, and integration; and assists with the application of Alternative Billing Arrangements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum five years of experience in law firm billing; Elite/Aderant experience preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.

The starting pay scale for this Cleveland position is $95,000 - $115,000.
